Ver.3: Fixed Blue Smoke Glitch. Added custom Fog choice intensities!
Emitters stay for longer periods of time.
Ver.2: New proper installation. Updated fog density, better haze, more scaled, bokeh brightness increase(car lights show better), falloff rework, cloud emissions, wind speed increase, moon light brightness increase and fog hdr
still needs work for interior/shadow fog.(might need help on this)
(if anyone know how to add dust to ground or more smoke please msg me)

This Mod changes the fog effect ingame, making it more thick and harder to see while driving.
The weather change makes clouds and fog bigger.
While the timecycle change makes the fog thicker and more random throughout the day.

Looking for scripter(s) to help with a mod concept. (price can be discussed in private)
Not making any money from these mod's I would still want to see my idea come to life, if that means paying a bit for help. BUT! Then releasing the project to the community free of charge.
Anyone with modding experience, coding, scripting, game development, & graphic design interested in my idea, send me a pm or add me via skype/steam.
Low community response will prolly evolve files dying.
I mod more than I game, only because I want to make the game better for everyone.

@gabriel93reg Thats what started me modding in the first place, still looking for that, I think its materialFX and how 2 materials interact with eachother = smoke/dust. I could be wrong.

@EDraven2010 if your using zombiez mod which used the thunder weather file you can change it by opening it with notepad. find line: World.Weather=GTA.Weather.ThunderStorm; and replace or remove it to your liking. As for the fog mod I have made different intensities to the density! V3.0 coming soon
@MrFloss put different versions in for you if you'd really like, change the following line to your liking...
Original Line:
<fog_density> 70.0000 100.0000 100.0000 120.0000 100.0000 50.0000 100.0000 80.0000 80.0000 120.0000 100.0000 50.0000 70.0000</fog_density>
Modded line:
<fog_density> 750.0000 750.0000 750.0000 750.0000 750.0000 750.0000 750.0000 750.0000 750.0000 750.0000 750.0000 750.0000 750.0000</fog_density>
My changes are quite more dramatic.

@mxt333,can't get this to work,i've added heavy fog and it appears when i pause the game but disappears when i return to the game
AWESOME MOD! but... I used the "heavy option" & nothing changed!!!
I used the "Yeah_you_kinda_gettin_it_Foggy_now" & It worked perfectly. Looking really thick/heavy fog weird...
