v 1.1 (Important Update)
- Decreased Rain drop size and Enhanced Rain drops (Check out the new screen shots for comparison)
- Optimized wind effect
- This mod is now applicable with any ENB, reshade, VisualV or any Graphical Mod But Remember DONT copy the weather.xml
- In barber shop there is a small fan in the corner, Straps attached to it and it has glitches, stretches And Wiggles, LOL (Nothing too serious tho :D)
- Better storm
- Enhanced rain fall at stormy, thunder or rainy weather
- Great windy effect (check out the screenshots :D)
- Increased the rain drops particle by 10%
- Flying plains are much fun and realistic to fly it on a stormy day
- Trees sway with the wind
- This mod is For stock gta 5 graphics ONLY But You can try this mod with any graphics mod such as VisualV etc... But Remember DONT copy the weather.xml

The screen shots i took DOES'NT contain any ENB, Sweetfx or graphics mod, I only use Vehicle mods and Scripts, Graphics are Stock as Original, But if u want to use it in visualV or any other graphical mod, u can try it! But Remember not to copy weather.xml

@HeySlickThatsMe @House Rushton yea, the cloth animation didn't worked with different character, the wind effect Only works well with Franklin, Mikel, And Trevor,
I even tried riding the bike at high speed with different character like the multiplayer one, Still there was no cloth animation,
R* have coded the cloth animations only for Franklin, Mikel and Trevor, i guess :D27. februar 2017 -

@maxmattia I think u didn't installed the files correctly, and this mod works great for everyone only except you!
Try using this Trainer:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/enhanced-native-trainerPress F4 in game go to World > weather > and select Stormy
And once again REMEMBER, Wind only works on stormy weather (watch the video for more info)

I dont really see a big difference between this mod and NativeTrainer "Wind on" and thunderstorm...

This mod just Increases the wind velocity and rain particles, THATS IT!take a look in the screenshots and video for more info
and please dont rate low, i really worked hard for this mod (by hard i mean, searching thos wind files where a pain in my butt!!) (:

So does the wind physically push the airplane around? I've been trying it out hoping for a crosswind landing and I haven't noticed any external forces on planes.

I installed everything as instructed and trees are not moving in the wind...can you help? Other than that I love this mod, it's really atmospheric and doesn't cause performance drops.
