@olib133 i would say this at a good guess https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/premier-hazard-7109-siren-pack either that or the Whelen Alpha. If you dont think either of them sound like it i'll keep looking
There different tones to whelen alpha it has a higher hi lo nobody has done one yet
