speed boat and jetski for summer fun.

Nice work! Definitely will download!
This is a good start! Couple of things though:
- The driveway is...ah....oi. Yeah, the driveway is junk. Might want to have a lot/garage up top and a stairway down to the front door.
- The doors aren't dynamic, but I know that menyoo can cause issues with that.
- the big one - you have no markers for the elevator and secret room (and thus no way to get to the second floor/inside the room). If you set markers and make them invisible they can be used to use the elevator/enter the room.
