3. Install Community Script Hook V .NET
Mod Installation
4. Open directory Grand Theft Auto V - MenyooStuff - Spooner, and drag

In Game:
5. press F8 - Object Spooner - Manage Saved Files - sandy_remastered3.xml - and Load
Placements
