You can edit if you want , but if you want to upload , give me credit ! DO NOT STEAL MY IDEA !
install : you need Map Editor: https://ro.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
and a mod trainer: https://ro.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
1) Go to your GTA V file
2) Open the archive , drag and drop the XML file in the main directory of the game (not in the scripts folder)
3) Open GTA V , press f8 to activate menyoo , go to misc options and select :decreased vehicle population
4) Press f7 to open Map Editor , go to load mao ,file chooser , Military base DAM
5) DONE !
