Beautiful work but it's unrealistic that it steals terrain from a public beach like that lol it goes straight into the ocean in the middle of a beach, nonetheless it makes a cool effect, amazing work just feels unreal how it is placed. It really didn't need to be so big, at least to cut the entrance somehow lol

@BigShaqNOKetchup This mod is legendary thanks again!! Btw. I love the 'Modern Red' option from version 1.0. I tried editing the 2.0 textures but epic fail Do you happen to know what 2.0 file texture/s I need to change to get that Modern Red exterior color please?

@gtavjamal Just replacing the textures is not enough. It's best to take a look at blender + sollumz it's 100% free to download.

Experiencing the same issue as you @EL Mephisto - the exterior textures show perfectly, and the property manager mod recognizes this property as well as adds the necessary peds (security guard, valet, cleaner) - the problem arises once I enter the home - there are tons of missing textures (floor, wall, etc...)
