Singleplayer: Copy the fightclub folder into "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks"
Add "dlcpacks:/fightclub/" to your dlclist.xml which is located at: mods/update.rpf/common/data
FiveM: Put this folder into your servers resources folder and add "start fightclub" to your server.cfg
Please do not reupload this anywhere without my permission. You are allowed to re-use/work but please link back to the original mod.

underground gun shop in east los santos, the liberty bank, the west dyke memoral hospital for mount zonah or the pillbox hill medical center, and the laungerymat, I don't know where the laungerymat could go though.
