Hey! This is my first mod that I'm sharing. Make sure to follow all requirement and installation exactly!
VERSION 3.0 - Added more details and updated some textures.
REQUIREMENTS FOR STORY MODE/ SP VERSION:
1. Map Editor : https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
2.) Map Builder 2.2.3 ( If you have a different Map Builder installed you could have issues, so I suggest you remove any other "mb_addons" from your dlc folder and then install this one. )
- This one is an OIV so just drag and drop in OpenIV then install.

FYI: If you get game crashes make sure you have updated Gameconfig and PackfileLimitAdjuster.
INSTALLATION:
1. Extract all files & folders from 21MODERNMANSION.zip
2. Place " 21modernmansion " folder in Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
- Add this line to your dlclist.xml :
dlcpacks:\21modernmansion\
- dlclist.xml location: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
3. Place all files from 'VG PROPS' folder here = Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64c.rpf\levels\gta5\props\lev_des\v_minigame.rpf\
( If you don't have a "x64c.rpf" file in your mods folder yet, copy one.)
4. Place " 21MODERNMANSIONX.xml " file in your "Autoloadmaps" folder in scripts folder.

1.) Extract the "21MODERNMANSION_5M" folder.
2.) Drag and drop "21MODERNMANSION_5M" folder to your resources folder.
3.) Make sure you have a newer game build in your server by adding this line to your server.cfg file.
sv_enforceGameBuild 2699 (or newer 2802 also works)
4.) Then simply add these lines to your server.cfg file
ensure 21MODERNMANSION_5M
sv_enforceGameBuild 2699
Features of this Mansion:
Garage for 6+ cars and front parking, Great room with bar, Living room, Huge kitchen,
Formal dining area, Entertainment floor with movie theater, bar, pool table, single lane bowling alley. Gym.
Office, 3 bedrooms including 1 Master suite, Total of 7 toilet rooms, Laundry room, Helipad, Indoor Basketball court, Private club with Recording studio,
Several outside seating areas with fire pits, Outdoor living room,
Outdoor BBQ kitchen and dining area, huge pool & jacuzzi, Amazing views. Enjoy!
P.S. - Some of the sitting areas randomly spawns peds. Also you can park cars in front area outside of garages. And you can park a helicopter on the helipad. (Only for SP version)

FIVEM/ RP VERSION INSTALLATION: The "readme" file in the download isn't up to date, follow instructions below.
For those that are having issues with missing files in FiveM :
Make sure you have a newer game build in your server (2802 mpchristmas3 Los Santos Drug Wars) - sv_enforceGameBuild 2802
1.) Download this --> https://www.mediafire.com/file/x301hzv4rf16lg4/Fivem_props.rar/file and extract the “mb_addons_KM” and "props" folders.
2.) Extract the 21MODERNMANSION folder.
3.) Drag and drop “mb_addons_KM” and "props" and "21MODERNMANSION" folders to your resources folder.
4.) Then simply add these lines to your server.cfg file
ensure props
ensure mb_addons_KM
ensure 21MODERNMANSION
sv_enforceGameBuild 2802
Your install instructions not correct for FIVEM how come the fiveM gonna read dlc.rpf ? they wont, you need to put dlc.rpf into openIV then copy all the files to folder stream then make file called __resource.lua only then it can be recognised
@wutangasTV No, you need to download the FiveM version, it's not dlc.rpf
What Up, what's the issue if tables are not showing and I am missing a section of the wall near front room? I am using this for SP.
Is anyone having issues with MB 2.2.3 crashing their game at startup? I have narrowed it down to this mod being the problem- no other mods installed on a legit game. If I use a different version, works just fine but many walls/floors/textures are missing. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi, I followed your steps, using your MapBuilder version, but still getting texture error in game.Can you fix it?
@kingmav Hey, really like your map and I really want to use it, but the MB you are requiring crashes my current game version. Do you have any suggestions?
@MrJulioManuel If you're talking about SP version make sure you update your game config file after installing because it changes that during installation, also maybe heap and packfile limit adjuster.
@Ultra Jbadboy Those files are from the map builder. Delete any other version of map builder you have in you dlc folder then reinstall the version i use and update your gamecofig file if it crashes.

I like it, it did take a little bit for me to get everything to load though (floor, roof etc

It only shows bits and pieces of the bottom foundation nothing else in the game (SP)
@Narga Sounds like you didn't install the props. Just follow all he steps exactly and nothing will be missing.
@Kmav17 Ok the house is there now some parts are disappearing and others are changing their textures
@Narga Make sure you delete any other map builders you have in your dlc folder (mb_addons and/or mapbuilder) folders. Then reinstall only the one I use. For FiveM make sure you remove the mb_addons_km and props folders, you no longer need them.
