I am so confused. I am simply trying to run GTA V with mods, seems like I had no problem before Rockstar launcher. All I am running is Script Hook V + Native Trainer and then also the "EnableMPCars.asi". Game always looks like it's going to run then crashes at last minute. If I delete dinput8 then game runs but I can use the mods. I tried getting answer from previous comments, but haven't had any luck.
I cannot get new vehicles to stay. So like the Prototype car, and SabreGT2, essentially some cars that have been released in most recent DLCs will load for a second and then dissapear. Other vehicles from this same DLC stay, like tug boat and new fast Heli. I tried just deleting all Scripthook files and re-inserting into GTA V folder but that didn't fix the problem.

@MrSandwiich I don't understand where to place the config file, I don't have a location that is mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
All the gunrunning DLC vehicles don't appear to be selectable in list. Is this true for someone else?
