10/10 would recommend. immaculately done. I haven't found any clipping and it fits into the world seamlessly. looks amazing inside and out. as far as the looks of this place goes I'd say its as good as Rockstar would have done themselves, if not even better. everything fits right and there's no overly tall, odd looking support pillars to make everything fit. the only thing to be improved upon would be at least having a cool picture on more of the main TVs in the house like the living room and lounge areas and some radios playing music throughout the house. but idk anything about making mods so idk how realistic that request really is. other than that though the house is absolutely incredible and I cant recommend it enough
