go to your gta 5 directory and open mods folder then open scripts folder find " OpenaInteriors.ini " and open it with notepad and search " loadMultiplayerMap=1" and i set it to " 0 ". (loadMultiplayerMap=0)
this works on singleplayer , i hope this helped.

Hi i also heave the glowing light problem in my gta 5 redux version 1.1 and the moust thing that it bothers me is the taxi sign is like torch light even in mid day and the space docker it fill's my entire screen with glowing light it is very frustrating to look the screen like that so i need help from anyone who knows where and how to fix this issue?

I think i fixed it it was the " loadMultiplayerMap=1" and i set it to " 0 " in the " OpenInteriors.ini " and works fine.
By the way ***** stars for the great work and it is needed to do a lot of more on this open interiors mod for more exploring all over the map in every possible building, house, secret doors, vehicles doors and more......
