everything work fine i think but when i write it ! nothing happen and thats my log file

hello .. when i write THRTL in game .. nothing happen ? i've put the "Smooth_Throttle.dll" in GTA place but nothing happen any help ? ... and Just write THRTL ingame ? without anyconsole or anything like that ? sorry for asking allot :) ;) noob ..

I've read and follow all the Readme folder .. but its crush when i start gta ? any solution ? thanks :)
