Head Model used with permission from Clutit, check out his mods are super awesome. You can install only the skin, but it will look alot better if you add the altered head model + the skin.
NOTE: Since this head model is altered, if you replace your base game head, you cannot edit the facial features in menyoo and other tools.
Works with default Caucasian WHI skin color found also in OpenIV.

how tf do you install this
@SenileServey2013 id say this mod is mostly for custom peds or multiplayer servers like fivem..ive never tested how you can install this for sp.. your best bet would be to replace whatever head you have with this head model & skin.
