PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION:
This is my first custom skin, should fit most if not all bearcat models (like the ones in the screenshots). Its a fictional piece for the San Andreas SWAT Strategic Response Unit. Please feel free to leave constructive criticism but if you're simply going to be negative and complain about it just don't download it/uninstall it. Don't worry, i will be uploading skins for other vehicles so feel free to link me vehicle models(preferably with templates but not 100% needed). I have also added a plain black model without the white lower half incase you'd prefer that one.
Bugs/things to change:
-Resolution of skin(especially rear warning signs)
