A small, noble bar, near the DoJ.
I liked the high, arced walls and built a long, tight bar inside.
Installing in SP
Copy "wupetdux" into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
Add line "dlcpacks:/wupetdux/" to your dlclist.xml
(found in mods/update.rpf/common/data)
pos: -743,-208,36
Installing in Fivem
Copy "wupetdux" to resources folder
Add line "wupetdux" into your server.cfg
Made with blender, sollumz and codewalker.

The interior lighting is phenomenal!
with npcs in it would be much more nicer
@Neuromance That would be nice, indeed. Wonder if there is a way or a mod than managed to NPCs inside.
