Cel/toon effect for ReShade injector,
Installation
1- Setup ReShade for GTA 5
2 - Copy and paste CelShader.fx file into ..Grand Theft Auto V/ reshade-shaders/ Shaders
3 - Start ReShade by home button in the game, and activate CelShader.

Recommended parameters:
4 for the layers , 0.3 for the ambient lighting. These aren't must but ambient light 1.0 makes the effect disappear.

@Lip123 It looks like Rockstar made an anime in GTA 5.
this actually looks good, I made a lil config with it, goes well with comic.fx and outline.fx.
